The rooms had stylish decor, modern amenities like a hairdryer and bathrobes, and offered a great view in a unique historic setting.

Our stay at the hotel was great. The rooms were nicely decorated, very clean and of a good size for European hotels. A computer with internet access was available and free. It was easy to add a standard European breakfast to your stay. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and tasty. But the thing that made the Gutenberg stand out was its excellent staff. We interacted with 4 different people and they were all willing to go the extra mile to help make out stay great. From keeping an eye out for a cancellation when we wanted to stay an extra night, to answering our questions about the city to booking us a room in another city, the staff was great!

Unbeatable and really very good location in center, good for visiting Strasbourg. Tastefully decorated standard queen room, amazing beds. Very hospitable and attentive staff during our stay.

There was not a single question or request that the reception staff would not answer. The room (on the privilege floor) is spacious and handy, and the breakfast is sumptuous, yet in a cosy room.

Clean place with extremely friendly and excellent friendly staff and incredible view on the cathedral and of Strasbourg. Modern, well-appointed room, fast Wi-Fi. Large private bathroom. Central location, within easy walking distance of Archaeological Museum. Also, in the center of town. Do recommend to all.

Enjoyed a fantastic Christmas stay at this place. the breakfasts were from a local bakery, which was a nice touch. the room we stayed in was a privilege queen room, and it was cozy and comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep. I liked the small details of the room decor too, like the subtle touches here and there. 🌟

Perfect to visit Strasbourg. Just near everything: Cathedral and Palais Rohan, restaurants, brasserie and shops. Staff was really helpful, beautiful privilege room with the view of the Cathedral and a lovely little balcony.It is 2 stars but it can stay in better position like a good 3 stars hotel.

We stay 2 days and in 2 days the elevator doesn't work twice.

The view of the cathedral and Strasbourg was incredible. The room was nicely decorated, modern, and comfortable. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect and within easy walking distance of the historic quarter. There were lots of restaurants and cafés to choose from.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful, we had an old room (romantic) - perfect location - breakfast good value for money.

Parking was expensive (24€ /24h)

Perfect location, super clean and nicely decorated, helpful staff. Our bathroom had a spacious counter and there was a separate room for the toilet.

Closet in our room was very, very tiny.
